BetterGrowth (www.getbettergrowth.com) is seeking an amazing and motivated self-starter to join us as an Office Assistant founding members in our Portland, OR office.
BetterGrowth is a fast-moving, client-focused agency startup that consists of a highly collaborative group that values innovative thinkers.
The founding team is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to help them best execute the below activities:
Support management and aid with other various administrative duties
Order supplies and maintain cleanliness of workspace
Ensure all projects are followed through and completed
Ensure founding team is fully prepared for meetings and executes on any follow-through (distribution, action items, subsequent meetings)
Complete ad-hoc reporting, as needed
Assist with recruitment and people operations client work, as needed
Curate company culture through team event planning and logistics coordination
We're looking for:
Ideally 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations, or People Operations
Demonstrated experience in communicating and interacting with executive-level personnel
Demonstrated experience with Google Suite of products including
Keynote and Google Docs
Demonstrated experience working at a start-up or rapidly growing company
Demonstrated experience managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgment and diplomacy
Demonstrated experience scheduling, planning, calendaring
A highly organized and detail-oriented jack or jane of all trades
