Sales Development Representative

BetterGrowth is seeking an amazing and motivated self-starter to join us as a contract Sales Development Representative in our Portland, OR office.

BetterGrowth is a fast-moving, client-focused agency startup that consists of a highly collaborative group that values innovative thinkers. As part of BetterGrowth's sales team, you'll be responsible for developing sales for our amazing client, learning their brand inside and out so you can be an extension of their team. You will work closely and report directly to one of our Founding Partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Utilize sales development skills to source, qualify and engage potential leads for our client

• Schedule quality demos for client's sales team

• Perform cold calls and outreach via sales tools

• Become an expert on our client's industry, staying abreast of news and industry trends that you can leverage in your outreach

• Analyze and report on customer data, product trends or concerns, and KPIs

About You, The Perfect Candidate

• An interest in a Sales career within a software company

• Demonstrated experience performing cold calls or cold outreach

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and leveraging technology to enhance daily work

• Impeccable writing and communication skills • Experience in a fast-paced environment; you can demonstrate an expertise in multi-tasking! • A learning-first perspective; you are eager to learn and grow
